Delivery to Honshu(excluding the Chugoku): Delivery will be made on 7 days after we receive your order.
Delivery to Hokkaido,Shikoku,Chugoku,Kyushu: Delivery will be made 8 days after we receive your order.

Notice: Winter Delivery of Orchid Gifts

During the winter season (late-December to end-February), we generally do not accept deliveries of orchid gifts to Hokkaido and Nagano Prefecture due to the risk of freezing.
For deliveries to other regions where daytime temperatures drop below zero, please place your order with the understanding that freezing conditions may occur. We regret that we cannot provide compensation for any damage caused by freezing.
